Le placement ou l’unit\u00e9 de logement (appartement, mobil homes et caravane) r\u00e9serv\u00e9 est \u00e0 votre disposition \u00e0 partir de 14:00 heures du jour d’arriv\u00e9e jusqu’aux 10:00 heures du jour de d\u00e9part.
Acceptation jusqu’\u00e0 18:00 heures. En cas de retard avertir par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.
Au moment de la r\u00e9servation, il faut indiquer le nombre de personnes. En cas que moins de personnes arrivent, il faudra payer pour le nombre de personnes r\u00e9serv\u00e9es.
En cas de retard ou non pr\u00e9sence le placement ou l’unit\u00e9 du logement reste \u00e0 votre disposition jusqu’\u00e0 12:00 heures du jour suivant.
L’arriv\u00e9e retard\u00e9e ou le d\u00e9part avanc\u00e9 comportent le payement de l’enti\u00e8re p\u00e9riode r\u00e9serv\u00e9e.
En cas de force majeure ou en raison de circonstances exceptionnelles, le camping se r\u00e9serve le droit de changer le num\u00e9ro de placement ou unit\u00e9 du logement. Avec la r\u00e9servation, nous vous garantissons exclusivement la disponibilit\u00e9 d’un placement ou unit\u00e9 de logement.

Les annulations doivent \u00eatre envoy\u00e9es par \u00e9crit (fax ou email). La date de r\u00e9ception de la demande d\u2019annulation, sera la date retenue valide pour l\u2019annulation. Le d\u00e9p\u00f4ts confirmatoires seront restitu\u00e9s avec les formalit\u00e9s suivantes:

Data Collation and Objectives<\/strong>
The information acquired throughout the booking or as part of the request for availability is limited to that which is strictly necessary to correctly advise CAMPING RESIDENCE CAMPAGNA and the personnel in charge, being the data relating to the personal details of the person making the booking and any information for the management of the reservation guaranteed as per that displayed on the form.
The data collected is used exclusively to provide the booking service, for the realization of accommodation offers upon availability as per the request, and for statistical purposes within the accommodation facility. In the specific case whereby the user has explicitly requested the optional registration to receive the newsletter, the structure will be authorized to send any promotional newsletters, the sending of which the user can request to be blocked at any time, along with the removal of the email address.
The data acquired is: name, surname, address, email, telephone number, occupants, period of stay and any additional information of use in managing the regular booking process within the structure and whereby the data necessary to complete the registration is explicitly requested.\u00a0
For security purposes, the IP address of the device utilized by the user and the time spent viewing the pages are also collected.

Storage, Access, Modification and Deletion of Data<\/strong>
At any point in time, the user has the right to request information from CAMPING RESIDENCE CAMPAGNA regarding what data has been stored and can also request its modification or complete cancellation.
