You can arrive on campsite from\u00a02 pm<\/strong>\u00a0on your arrival day and leave at\u00a010\u00a0am<\/strong>\u00a0on the departure day.
Unless you advise us of late arrival, your pitch or housing unit (apartment, maxi caravan and caravan) will be held until noon of the following day, than the pitch or the housing unit will be re-let.
At the time of booking you must indicate the number of people. If less people arrive, you will be charged for the number of people which was reserved.
Due to delayed arrival or early departure customers must pay for the whole booked period, even if the pitch or the housing unit is afterwards occupied.
In circumstances beyond its control or for organizational reasons the campsite team reserves the right to change the place or the housing unit assigned. With the booking the camping team can assure you just the availability of a place or an housing units.<\/p>

To cancel your holiday once it has been confirmed, you must give notice in writing (fax or e-mail). The refundable amount depend on when we receive your written cancellation. Cancellation terms:
Within 60 DAYS before your ARRIVAL DATE = 100% deposit will be refunded<\/strong>
Within 45 DAYS before your ARRIVAL DATE = 50% deposit will be refunded<\/strong>
After these terms no deposit will be refunded<\/strong><\/p>

Dogs can enter the living unit only by request.<\/p>

Dogs admitted to the campsite must be supervised at all times and kept on leads (max 2 meters) both within the campsite and on the beach.<\/p>

Data Collation and Objectives<\/strong>
The information acquired throughout the booking or as part of the request for availability is limited to that which is strictly necessary to correctly advise CAMPING RESIDENCE CAMPAGNA and the personnel in charge, being the data relating to the personal details of the person making the booking and any information for the management of the reservation guaranteed as per that displayed on the form.
The data collected is used exclusively to provide the booking service, for the realization of accommodation offers upon availability as per the request, and for statistical purposes within the accommodation facility. In the specific case whereby the user has explicitly requested the optional registration to receive the newsletter, the structure will be authorized to send any promotional newsletters, the sending of which the user can request to be blocked at any time, along with the removal of the email address.
The data acquired is: name, surname, address, email, telephone number, occupants, period of stay and any additional information of use in managing the regular booking process within the structure and whereby the data necessary to complete the registration is explicitly requested.
For security purposes, the IP address of the device utilized by the user and the time spent viewing the pages are also collected.<\/p>

Storage, Access, Modification and Deletion of Data<\/strong>
At any point in time, the user has the right to request information from CAMPING RESIDENCE CAMPAGNA regarding what data has been stored and can also request its modification or complete cancellation. Data will be stored for a maximum of 10 years<\/p>
