Regulation

Entry to the campsite implies full acceptance and unconditional compliance with these regulations and the price list, in order to make your stay and that of other guests more enjoyable.

ACCEPTANCE

• Access to the campsite is authorized only by the Management; for this purpose, arriving guests are required to present an identity document for legal registration.
• Documents will be returned immediately after registration.
• The guest has the right to verify the accuracy of the registration and the duty to immediately report any inaccuracies or changes.
• Minors are not allowed access unless accompanied by an adult who is legally responsible for them.
• Adults are directly responsible for the behavior of their children.
• Children must be accompanied to the restrooms and supervised when using the playground.

PAYMENT

• Charges are based on the number of nights spent at the campsite. Departure must take place by 11:00 AM; if departure occurs after this time, an additional night will be charged.
• Payment can be made on the day of departure between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM or the afternoon before between 3:00 PM and 6:30 PM.
• Passes, electrical adapters, extension cords, refrigerator keys, and any materials loaned by management must be returned to the reception at the time of payment.
• Guests with a reservation: In case of early departure, the entire booked period will still be charged.
• Guests without a reservation: In case of early departure, please notify us at least one day in advance.

PITCHES

• CHECK-IN: 14:30 – CHECK-OUT: 11:00
• The pitch can be chosen by the guest following the staff’s instructions. It must always be kept tidy and perfectly clean, especially upon departure.
• All equipment must be neatly arranged within the boundaries of the pitch.
• Parking vehicles outside of your own pitch and moving them without authorization is prohibited.
• Guests leaving must vacate the pitch by 11:00 AM and under no circumstances may continue to use it afterward.
• The electrical connection is 220V; please do not use high-power electrical devices to avoid power outages.
• If the guest leaves the pitch completely free during an excursion or for other reasons, they are required to leave an object to indicate the pitch is occupied or notify the reception.

ACCOMMODATION

• CHECK-IN: 14:30 – CHECK-OUT: 10:00
• The accommodation unit must be left clean and tidy, with particular care given to the kitchenette (including dishes, pots, etc.), and cupboards and the refrigerator emptied of any food products.
• Dogs allowed only on request.
• No smoking.
• Please use the bins at the recycling area near the reception. Ask the cleaning staff or reception for new biodegradable bags for waste separation.
• In case of loss or damage to the accommodation equipment, please inform the reception immediately.
• Linen is changed every seven days; please give your used linen to the cleaning staff.

DOGS

• Dogs are allowed only if supervised; they must always be kept on a leash both in the campsite and on the beach.
• For their needs, dogs must be taken outside the campsite, and the owner is obliged to clean up after them using the hygienic bags available at the dispensers in front of the reception.
• Dogs may swim in the lake, on the left side of the beach, only if there are no swimmers in the water and always with respect for everyone.
• Under no circumstances may dogs be allowed to roam freely among the bathers.
• The management reserves the right to remove guests whose animals are considered dangerous to the community, disturb other guests, or are poorly managed.

PASS

• During the break (12:30–14:00) and night hours (19:30–8:30), the barrier at the campsite entrance will remain closed; upon request and payment of a €5.00 deposit, a pass will be issued to open it (however, it cannot be used after midnight).

VISITORS

• Entry is prohibited to non-campers.
• Visits are allowed at the discretion of the Management and only upon presentation of an ID.
• The guest receiving visitors is fully responsible for the behavior of their guests.
• If checks reveal an excess number of people, the guest will be required to pay for the entire stay for all undeclared persons from the day of their own arrival.
• After one hour of stay, the rate according to the price list will apply.

SILENCE

• Out of respect for everyone, shouting, loud noises, and games or activities that cause disturbance are prohibited.
• Sound devices must always be kept at a low volume.
• From 24:00 to 07:30, entry and exit of vehicles are prohibited.

ENVIRONMENT

• To preserve the environment, the following behaviors are prohibited: digging ditches and holes in the ground, damaging vegetation by hanging ropes, planting nails in trees, or cutting flowers, lighting fires directly on the ground, wasting electricity and water (such as leaving taps open or playing with water).
• Barbecuing (small and gas-powered) is allowed only if it does not disturb the neighbors.
• Out of respect for everyone: bathrooms must be treated with care and kept clean; intentional damage to the facilities and playing inside the bathrooms are strictly forbidden.

LOST ITEMS

• Items found within the campsite must be handed over to the management.

SAFEKEEPING OF VALUABLES

• The Management offers guests a free safekeeping service for valuables.
• The Management declines all responsibility for theft, loss, or damage caused to belongings or persons, as well as damage caused by weather conditions (storms, hail, etc.), falling trees or branches, plant diseases, epidemics, or force majeure.
• The Management reserves the right to expel offenders who, by violating the rules, disturb the peace and damage the campsite.
